Role/ Job Title: Credit Manager-LAP Suvidha
Function/ Department: Retail Underwriting
Job Purpose:
Candidate will be responsible for testing of all new changes in SFDC, resolving all issue by liaising with tech team for early resolution of ground level issue. Training new and old stakeholder on new changes implemented in system and submission of all reporting related DATA. this is over and above his underwriting role.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for underwriting secured (STLAP) customers. As we are driving fungibility incumbent should also be able to handle unsecured and secured proposals of other products as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and cash flow/ financial ability.
  • Selection of Properties looking into the Legal and Technical aspects
  • Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits as applicable
  • Coordinate with Business team for day-to-day business activity and portfolio quality maintenance. Control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentation.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Credit Vendor for desired verifications and their month-to-month billing and renewal as and when due.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Full Time Degree.
Post-graduation: Any.
Experience: 2+ years of Underwriting Experience.
