Role & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and underwrite Secured Business Loan (Micro LAP) proposals
Conduct credit appraisal, financial analysis, and policy compliance checks
Assess collateral, customer profiles, and repayment capacity
Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for timely sanctioning
Maintain credit quality and ensure adherence to internal risk guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
3-7 years of experience in Credit underwriting for LAP / MSME / Secured Business Loans
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment
Experience with NBFC / Bank credit processes is mandatory
Knowledge of local market and property-backed lending
CTC:
Up to 5.0 LPA (depending on experience and current compensation)
