Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, including credit and mortgage accounts
Daily update of customer balances and outstanding dues
Follow up on collections of principal, interest, and other receivables
Maintain basic store accounts including expenses and staff salaries
Perform daily cash reconciliation of sales and purchases
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant for GST, income tax, and accounting work
Assist in periodic stock and cash audits with internal teams or third-party auditors
