Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Evaluation & Risk Assessment:

Evaluate and approve credit proposals by analyzing financial, business, and industry risks.

Ensure accurate credit underwriting in line with company policies and risk appetite.

Assess borrower creditworthiness through financial statements, banking behavior, and track records.

2. Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial statements to assess short-term and long-term solvency, liquidity, and repayment capacity.

Identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate mitigates.

3. Team Leadership & Operations:

Lead, guide, and supervise a team of credit executives to ensure efficient credit operations.

Monitor productivity, approval quality, and adherence to prescribed TAT.

Provide training and mentoring to improve team performance.

4. Process Control & Audit:

Establish and maintain a strong audit and control framework.

Conduct regular audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and NBFC guidelines.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Management:

Understand customer requirements and ensure prompt and effective service delivery.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal stakeholders for smooth credit processing.

6. MIS & Reporting:

Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management and key stakeholders.

Use basic analytics to track performance metrics, approval ratios, and portfolio quality.

7. Vendor & External Coordination:

Manage relationships with external vendors involved in credit processes (e.g., agencies, auditors).

Ensure seamless coordination and service quality.

8. Portfolio Monitoring:

Monitor disbursements and repayment behaviour.

Track payments and flag early warning signals to minimise delinquencies.

Qualification- CA (Chartered Accountant)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
