JOB DESCRIPTION CREDIT MANAGER Ctc- 5.5 lpa : Key Responsibility Areas \xe2\x80\xa2 Ownership of end to end underwriting process including maintaining TAT, Risk containment & management , Portfolio quality, Delinquency management etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing periodical training to CPAs, Sales Team, Branch Operations Team etc, to ensure complete documentation and quality sourcing \xe2\x80\xa2 Following the delinquency of customers through collection as well as contacted the customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Random visits of prospective as well as existing clients (vendor) to have better understanding about borrower profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Focus on improving productivity and skill up gradation of credit underwriting Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines and\xe2\x80\xa2 accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities. Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios \xe2\x80\xa2 and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure \xe2\x80\xa2 completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic Handling escalations of other applicants and providing resolution to them in timely manner.Take \xe2\x80\xa2 ownership of client queries and use industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems Facilitate critical review and documentation of the proposals and effectively monitor the client\xe2\x80\xa2 & collateral creditworthiness from the pre-sanction to post disbursement phase & undertaking steps for risk mitigation, whenever required, while ensuring adherence to legal & documentation norms & policies Verification of KYC documents and property document s\xe2\x80\xa2 Following-up with relevant departments and applicant for required documents/details to ensure \xe2\x80\xa2 smooth clearance. Resolving NBO queries\xe2\x80\xa2 Discussing case studies with fellow team members and proving appropriate feedback to them\xe2\x80\xa2 Skills
