Job Description

Manage and drive

credit limit enhancement (CLE) programs

for credit card customers Analyze

customer spending behavior, repayment patterns, and credit profiles

Identify eligible customers and

recommend limit increases

as per risk policy Coordinate with

risk, credit, analytics, and operations teams

for approvals Monitor

post-enhancement performance

, utilization, and delinquency trends Ensure

policy compliance

and adherence to RBI / internal guidelines Track

CLE success metrics

such as uplift in spend, activation, and profitability Prepare

MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

for management Handle

exceptions, customer queries, and escalations

related to limits Drive

process improvements

to optimize turnaround time and customer experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
