We are a fast-growing Fintech startup looking for a disciplined
Credit Executive
to join our risk management team. You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing the creditworthiness of applicants, and ensuring our lending portfolio remains healthy.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Appraisal:
Reviewing applicant profiles, KYC documents, and financial statements
Risk Assessment:
Analyzing credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian) and bank statements to determine repayment capacity.
Data Verification:
Verifying the authenticity of documents provided by customers.
Policy Compliance:
Ensuring all approvals align with the company's internal credit policy and RBI guidelines.
Decisioning:
Recommending approvals, rejections, or credit limit adjustments based on analysis.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years specifically in a
Credit Department
(Fintech).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with LOS (Loan Origination Systems)..
Education:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?31,105.55 per month
