Credit Counsellor:
A Credit Counsellor is a professional who specializes in providing expert guidance to individuals or businesses struggling with debt. Their primary role is to understand the customer's financial situation, analyze their credit reports, and identify outstanding liabilities. Based on this analysis, they develop personalized solutions to help customers manage their debt and improve their financial stability.
Key responsibilities of a Credit Counsellor include:
