Role Overview

We are seeking a

Credit Controller

responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and regular follow-up with clients to meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and formal communications regarding overdue invoices. Maintain accurate records of receivables and collection activities. Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing or payment issues. Prepare regular collection status reports and support month-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers with

good English communication skills

are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior

credit control or collections experience

will be given priority. Proven track record in collections is an added advantage. Strong coordination and teamwork skills. Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Good follow-up and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
