Key Responsibilities
Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and set appropriate credit limits
Generate and issue invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely payments
Proactively manage overdue accounts and initiate debt recovery processes
Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships
Resolve billing, payment, and account-related queries (internal & external)
Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, credit limits, and recovery actions
Prepare and share regular reports on receivables, overdue accounts, and credit risk
Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance roles
Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and persistent in follow-ups
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
