Job Title: Credit Control Executive/ Manager

Qualification :- Bcom

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics ( import & export )

Key Responsibilities:

Assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and control credit exposure Ensure timely and accurate freight invoicing (rates, GST, detention, demurrage, etc.) Follow up on outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable Monitor aging reports and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts Resolve invoice disputes in coordination with internal teams Prepare MIS reports on collections, outstanding, and credit risk
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable (freight/logistics preferred) Knowledge of freight forwarding operations (air, sea, customs) Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems Understanding of GST and logistics billing practices
Compensation & Benefits:
