B. Com / M. Com graduates with good experience in Accounts Receivable / Payment Collection, Payment Management, Client Negotiation

Credit Management:

Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial data and credit checks.

Credit Limit & Account Management:

Set appropriate credit limits and maintain accurate customer account records.

Invoicing and Collections:

Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and pursue overdue accounts to minimize bad debts.

Payment Plans:

Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to resolve payment issues.

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor accounts receivable, prepare aging reports, and generate reports for management, highlighting risks and areas for improvement.

Customer Communication:

Maintain positive client relationships by addressing billing inquiries, resolving disputes, and communicating effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and negotiation.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to assess credit risk, analyze financial data, and interpret aging reports.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with end-to-end accounts receivable processes.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate payment terms and plans while maintaining a good customer relationship.

Time Management:

Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and meet targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
