To look after business associates and direct client payment followup. Coordinate with Delhi and North India hubs. Handling disputes and complaints related to billing issue. Coordination with the departments and concerned branch managers. Follow up with outstation branches for transshipment charges and follow up to ensure timely payment. Handling a team or credit control executives.
