Mekuba Petro Products is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Construction Chemicals, speciality lubricants and greases.

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Credit Control Executive who can also handle day-to-day operations, support office functions, and ensure smooth workflow at our Ambattur factory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outstanding and communicate with clients for payment. Prepare and maintain documents in MS Excel and Word. Draft letters, reports, and create simple posters/flyers when required. Assist with simple tasks such as co-ordination of transport and consignment tracking. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and transporters. Support management with documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for drafting, research, and productivity. Handle additional office tasks as and when needed.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Any Graduate (freshers may also apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to draft documents and create simple designs/flyers. Good organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage. Flexible and proactive in managing multiple responsibilities.
Languages

Required: English, Tamil, Hindi (basic is acceptable) Good to have: Telugu
