Define city, area and channel-wise growth plans
Identify new customer segments, sourcing models and expansion opportunities
2. Market Expansion and Channel Development
Identify and launch new markets, locations and sourcing channels
Support onboarding of new channel partners and sub-DSAs
Design referral and partner-driven growth programs
3. Sales Performance Optimization
Analyze end-to-end sales funnel including leads, logins, approvals and activations
Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
Work closely with sales and performance teams to improve productivity
4. Product and Bank Strategy
Work with banks to understand product changes, campaigns and policies
Align internal sales strategy with bank eligibility and approval norms
Recommend bank-wise product mix to maximize approvals and payouts
5. Data, MIS and Analytics
Track business performance through dashboards and MIS
Analyze city, team and partner-wise performance trends
Provide data-driven insights to senior management
6. Process Improvement and TAT Reduction
Identify process gaps in sales, documentation and operations
Coordinate with operations and bank teams to reduce turnaround time
Improve customer and partner experience
7. Revenue, Cost and Profitability Management
Support incentive and payout strategy to drive growth and profitability
Monitor cost per acquisition and ROI
Recommend efficiency improvements
8. Cross Functional Coordination
Work closely with sales, operations, finance and compliance teams
Align growth initiatives with compliance and risk requirements
Act as bridge between strategy and execution teams
9. Compliance and Risk Awareness
Ensure growth initiatives follow RBI, bank and DSA compliance guidelines
Monitor risks related to mis-selling or policy deviations
Recommend preventive controls
10. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Research industry trends, competitor strategies and best practices
Propose innovative growth initiatives and pilot programs
Drive continuous improvement culture

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
