Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to credit card products.
Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads, provide quotes, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure high service quality.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
Prior experience in tele sales, banking, or financial services preferred (freshers may also apply).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
6 days working (General shift window any 9 hours; 7 PM will be the last shift for women).
