Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to promote credit card offerings.
Explain product benefits, features, and eligibility criteria clearly.
Handle objections, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Record customer information and transaction details accurately in CRM.
Schedule callbacks and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate in any stream OR HSC with minimum 1 year of documented sales experience.
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales (Credit Card sales/Tele-Sales/Telemarketing/Banking preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
