Branch Sales Officer - SBI Card (Branch + Field Support)

We are hiring smart and active Sales Exicutive to manage credit card sales at assigned SBI Branches.
The Role (Read Carefully):

Primary Duty

: You will be stationed at the SBI Branch to handle walk-in customers and coordinate with bank staff.

Flexibility

: While this is a branch-based role, you must be willing to go to the field when required.
Example: If a customer wants to sign documents at their home, you go.
Example: If branch walk-ins are low, you must generate leads from the open market.

Responsibilities

:

Convert branch walk-in customers into SBI Credit Card holders. Build strong relationships with the Branch Manager and staff. Complete documentation and KYC processing. Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock high incentives.
Requirements:

Experience

: 1+ Year in Sales/Banking preferred.

Language

: Fluent in Malayalam.

Attitude

: Professional enough for the branch, active enough for the field.
