Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Credit Card Manager
with strong knowledge of credit card products and sales strategies. The role involves generating leads, driving credit card sales, managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and drive credit card sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to prospective customers
Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase adoption and usage
Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking/financial products
Monitor market trends and competitors' offerings to improve sales strategies
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports
Mentor and guide junior sales executives (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit card sales
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of credit card products, benefits, and processes
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking or financial services sector
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to credit card issuance
Prior experience in managing a sales team
