Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for credit card sales through various channels. Explain the features and benefits of different credit card products to customers. Persuade customers to purchase credit cards and complete the application process. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive company image. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback. Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet customers' needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
