Achieve monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets for the assigned zone
Drive sales across multiple banks including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
Monitor zone-wise, territory-wise and bank-wise performance
Ensure consistent growth in approvals and payouts
2. Territory and Team Coordination
Oversee multiple territories within the zone
Guide Territory Credit Card Officers and field executives
Support team in route planning and daily field execution
Ensure proper manpower deployment across territories
3. Lead Generation and Market Development
Strengthen open market and referral channels across the zone
Identify high potential locations and untapped markets
Support territory teams in corporate and society tie ups
4. Sales Quality and Approval Ratio
Maintain healthy approval to rejection ratio at zone level
Ensure quality sourcing as per bank and DSA norms
Reduce fraud, fake or non-compliant cases
Guide teams on correct product and eligibility pitching
5. Relationship Management
Maintain coordination with bank channel managers and internal operations
Act as escalation point for zone level issues
Ensure smooth communication between field teams and back office
6. Training and Capability Building
Conduct product and compliance training for territory teams
Provide coaching to underperforming team members
Support onboarding of new executives within the zone
7. Compliance and Risk Control
Ensure adherence to bank, RBI and DSA compliance guidelines
Monitor documentation quality across the zone
Implement corrective actions for non-compliance
8. Reporting and MIS Management
Review daily and monthly zone MIS
Track sales, approvals, rejections and payouts
Analyze trends and share improvement plans with management
9. Cost and Resource Optimization
Manage field expenses and incentives within approved limits
Optimize manpower and activity cost for better ROI
10. Growth and Expansion Support
Support launch of new banks or credit card products in the zone
Contribute to zone expansion and scaling plans
Assist management in strategic initiatives
