Job Description

Contact and engage

assigned inbound/outbound leads

for credit card acquisition Understand customer profile and

pitch suitable credit card products

Qualify leads

based on eligibility, income, and credit norms Achieve

daily and monthly conversion targets

Ensure

accurate data capture

, application submission, and document follow-up Coordinate with

verification, underwriting, and operations teams

Maintain

CRM updates, call logs, and MIS

Handle customer queries and

drive activation after approval

bank policies, compliance, and ethical selling standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
