Guide admission department staff and patients on the procedure of credit department norms and eligibility etc.
Should have information about occupancy status.
Evaluate credit history and determine payment date.
Coordinate with consultant doctors regarding admission and discharge.
Go for rounds and interact with patients (credit payment) for follow up.
Collect and check documents from patient/patient attendants and get the documents signed.
Submit the documents to the concerned department.
Intimate the case history to the company in coordination with the Medical Officer.
Follow up on intimation letter to companies.
