About The Job:

• We are looking for a Collection Analyst to manage overdue accounts, optimize collections processes, and minimize financial risks.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Account Management:

• Monitor and manage overdue accounts; contact customers to follow up on payments via calls, emails, and letters.
• Review account histories and update payment details.
• Collection Strategies:

• Negotiate payment plans and settle overdue balances while adhering to company policies.
• Resolve disputes and payment discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare aging reports, Gsheet & Google workplace and track collections metrics.
• Analyze payment patterns and recommend improvements to the collection process.
• Collaboration & Compliance:

• Work closely with sales, customer service, and legal teams to resolve complex accounts.
• Ensure compliance with AR policies
• Customer Communication:

• Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software.
• 2-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Experience with collection software and cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify the underlying issues or reasons behind overdue payments.
