And if thats you we would love to have you join us!Job Summary:As a Credit and Collection Controller, you will manage the credit and collections process to ensure on time payment of outstanding invoices. You will work with Sales and multiple departments to resolve accounts receivable disputes and facilitate payment collection. You will set credit limits, releasing orders with required approvals and compliances in place, and collaborating with customers to address payment issues. Additionally, you will prepare ad hoc monthly reports. You will report to the Manager Credit and Collections and will have a hybrid schedule, working at the Rockwell Automation India office in Noida.Provide analysis and interpretation of the customers financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of proper credit limits. Work with sales support, customer service, and account receivable in reconciling accounts. Prepare recommendations and make credit approval decisions on new accounts. Report on credit memo and write-off activity. Communicate credit concerns to management. This job is not for those responsible for placing routine calls to customers for collection of past due accounts. You will focus on policy decisions/judgement regarding credit offers.Your Responsibilities:
