Job Summary

  • Quick turnaround on NTB and new deal proposals.
  • BCA Quality to be ensured. Overdue BCAs to be maintained within 5% threshold, All CARTs and compliances to be closed within due dates.
  • Full adherence to Credit Admin Framework and all related aspects. Fully adopt Early Warning System to strengthen risk monitoring.
  • Audit quality to be ensured.
  • Detailed analysis of the company financials, bank statement and other risk associated with the lending. Ensure compliance of risk triggers, stock audits and variance compliance within due date
Responsibilities
  • Proposal login and approval TAT to be minimised and quality to be ensured.
  • No of Credit reverts to be kept to a minimum, no more than 1 referback per BCA. Portfolio Control. Downgrade to GSAM
90 days in EAR to be Nil. Audit \xe2\x80\x93 Overall grade satisfactory. 100% commitment to code of conduct. * Timely completion of mandatory e-learnings. Effective usage of Early Warning System, Account churn analysis, and other tools deployed from time to time. Regular monitoring of account conduct and ensuring compliance of sanction terms.
