3 Credentialing Specialists
to support our rapid growth and help streamline provider onboarding and insurance enrollment.

Role Overview
As a
Credentialing Specialist
, you will manage and support the credentialing and re-credentialing of mental health providers across multiple insurance panels. Your work will directly impact provider readiness, revenue flow, and client access to care.
This is a critical, behind-the-scenes role that requires accuracy, follow-through, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Process provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications
Submit and track enrollments with insurance companies and payers
Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing documentation
Follow up with payers to ensure timely approvals
Monitor credentialing timelines and expiration dates
Coordinate with internal teams regarding provider status
Ensure compliance with payer, state, and organizational requirements
Update credentialing databases and internal tracking systems
Identify and resolve credentialing delays or issues
What You Bring
Experience in
healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical administration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with insurance portals and credentialing workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare
Familiarity with CAQH, NPI, and payer enrollment systems
Experience working with US healthcare systems
