Position Overview:

The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of provider credentialing and enrollment with insurance carriers. This role ensures that our providers are properly enrolled, compliant, and able to serve our patients without delays or administrative issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications for medical providers. Enroll providers with Medicare, and commercial insurers. Maintain and update provider records in credentialing databases. Use systems such as

CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES

to manage and update provider information. Track credentialing deadlines and licensure expirations. Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal team members to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory credentialing requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of credentialing or provider enrollment experience

in a medical or insurance setting. Strong understanding of

Medicare, Medicaid (SC), and commercial payer processes

. Proficient in

CAQH, PECOS, NPPES

, and payer portals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?17,428.53 - ?55,193.99 per month
