Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Update and maintain customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Keep track of every leadfrom the first call to final closure.
Respond to customer messages, calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails without delays.
Coordinate with the sales team to share lead updates, requirements, and next steps.
Generate simple follow-up reports and maintain a clean database.
Help resolve customer concerns by connecting them with the right team and ensuring proper feedback.
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE):
Handle incoming calls from customers looking for project information.
Make outgoing calls to follow up on enquiries and schedule site visits.
Understand the customer's requirements and explain our projects in a clear and simple way.
Assist customers during site visits, documentation, and booking formalities.
Keep customers updated about project stages, payment schedules, and paperwork.
Build long-term relationships by staying polite, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with good communication skills and a friendly, confident tone.
A person who enjoys interacting with people and can stay patient during customer conversations.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools.
Any graduate with experience in customer handling, sales support, or real estate.
Good follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple customers at once.
