Nursery teaching calls for enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic individuals, capable of helping children bring out their full potential.Responsibilities

• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Establish and enforce rules for behaviour, and procedures for maintaining order.
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behaviour, social development, and physical health
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to motivate the kids and develop them to do little activities themselves
• Demonstrate activities to children
• Arrange indoor and outdoor space to facilitate creative play & motor-skill activities

Requirements * B.Ed/ D.T. Ed., Any Montessori courses

• Local to Udumalpet or ready to relocate to Udumalpet
• Proven experience as a child care / day-care teacher
• Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
• Methodical and creative
• Patience, flexibility and love for children
• Strong communication and time management skills
