Creative Strategist

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker with

1-2 years of experience

to develop innovative concepts and content strategies for our brand. The ideal candidate should be skilled in ideation, storytelling, campaign planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You will play a key role in shaping brand communication and ensuring all creative outputs align with marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and brand storytelling strategies across digital and print platforms. Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns. Analyze brand requirements and create communication strategies that drive engagement and visibility. Write or guide the creation of compelling copy for ads, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials. Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor campaigns to generate fresh ideas. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand tone, guidelines, and business objectives. Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and strong rationale.

Prepare and plan monthly content calendars for clients based on brand goals and campaign requirements.

Assist in building campaign plans and creative briefs. Review ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance performance.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience

as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, Copywriter, or similar role. Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and storytelling. Ability to think creatively and provide strategic direction to campaigns. Excellent writing skills and command of English. Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into impactful creative ideas. Familiarity with social media trends, digital marketing basics, and audience insights. Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,819.19 per month
