Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate to join our growing team. The candidate will play a key role in expanding Glitchover's reach by building relationships with streamers, content creators, and strategic partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love turning opportunities into growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard streamers, creators, and influencers to the Glitchover platform.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
Develop and pitch business proposals to potential partners and clients.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align growth strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Represent Glitchover at networking events, virtual communities, and industry meetups.
Requirements
6months - 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in gaming, entertainment, or influencer marketing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with creators and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and accountability.
Passion for gaming, live streaming, or digital media is a big plus.
