Job Description

This is not a "creator" job in the traditional sense. This is for someone who can create magic -- from idea to script to screen. You'll work closely with our team & founders to take raw ideas and turn them into finished, internet-breaking videos. You'll obsess over hooks, storytelling formats, visual references, and execution plans -- then make them real.
You should have strong creative instincts, a sharp nose for what works on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and the resourcefulness to figure things out without waiting for permission.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Own end-to-end video execution: from idea to upload

• Co-write scripts that punch through the noise, with help from the team & editors

• Design scenes, bits, or hooks that are surprising, emotional, or insight-led

• Find talent, props, visuals, and references that elevate the story

• Plan and manage shoots (in collaboration with internal & freelance teams)

• Stay on top of social trends, formats, and creators -- and spot what's next

• Pitch fresh formats or wild experiments -- and lead them yourself

Requirements

• You've worked on or obsessed over content for years

• You know how to take a rough idea and make it work

• You think in formats, thumbnails, and titles -- not just scripts

• You're a natural storyteller with a bias for visual thinking

• You have taste -- and can defend it

• You're not afraid to make 10 phone calls to find the right person or prop

• You're organized enough to run a tight ship -- but creative enough to break the rules when needed
