Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality creative output. Develop original, visually impactful design concepts for digital and print media. Take full ownership of brand identity and ensure consistency across all design work. Collaborate with the content, strategy, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas. Manage multiple brand design initiatives simultaneously, maintaining high standards and timely delivery. Guide junior designers with feedback, support, and professional growth. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Excellent visualisation and conceptualisation skills. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team of designers. A deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
