About the Role:

We're looking for a Creative Visualizer who can turn ideas into visuals that actually make sense. You'll shape concepts, storyboards, and visual directions for branding, films, campaigns, and event creatives. If you love imagining things before they exist, this is your zone.

Your Responsibilities:

Visualize concepts for branding, ads, films, events, and social campaigns Create storyboards, moodboards, and visual drafts Convert client briefs into strong visual ideas Guide designers with references, layouts, and creative direction Work closely with filmmakers, editors, and designers to develop final output Build visual identities, campaign looks, and theme directions Stay updated with visual trends, styles, and creative techniques Present ideas clearly and refine them based on feedback Ensure all visual concepts match brand tone, project goals, and technical needs

What We're Looking For:

1 to 5 years of experience visualizing concepts Portfolio showcasing concept art, storyboards, design thinking, or campaign visualization Good command over design thinking, storytelling, mood creation, and visual composition Preferred familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Procreate, After Effects (any 1-2 is fine) Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and aesthetics Ability to take a brief and turn it into multiple visual directions Clear communication and ability to justify creative choices Comfortable taking feedback and improving ideas Bonus: Knowledge of film language, ad language, or event design
