Role- Creative & Visual Media Manager
Role Definition Leads the development and execution of visual and creative content across digital and print platforms. Oversees branding, design, photography, video, and multimedia production to ensure cohesive storytelling, high-quality visuals, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborates with marketing, communications, and external partners to deliver engaging, on-brand content.

Tasks &
Activities 1. Video Editing & Motion Content Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and brand communication Create engaging reels, shorts, teasers, corporate videos, and promos Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, sound design, and basic color correction Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, ads) 2. Graphic Design & Visual Assets Design static creatives for social media, ads, banners, presentations, and offline collaterals Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand assets Support campaign creatives with thumbnails, covers, posters, and digital creatives 3. Creative Collaboration Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams Translate briefs into visually strong outputs without excessive back-and-forth Suggest creative improvements, formats, and visual ideas proactively 4. Brand & Quality Control Ensure all videos and designs align with brand guidelines Maintain high standards of visual quality, typography, and storytelling Keep files organized and editable for future use 5. Process & Delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously Deliver assets within timelines without compromising quality Adapt quickly to feedback and revisions
