Job Summary:
The Creative Visual Designer will be responsible for creating professional, visually appealing, and brand-consistent designs to support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, business communications, and company branding. This role ensures that all creative outputs meet quality standards, follow brand guidelines, communicate business messages clearly, and contribute to increased customer engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:Create marketing and branding creatives
Design posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional materials to support business marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. Ensure designs attract attention and effectively communicate business messages to the target audience.
Develop layouts, concepts, and visual themes
Create structured layouts, design concepts, and visual styles that improve readability, visual appeal, and brand recognition across all marketing and communication materials. Ensure designs are clean, professional, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Translate ideas and briefs into creative designs
Understand business goals, marketing requirements, and campaign briefs and convert them into visually engaging designs that accurately represent the brand message and purpose of the content.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Ensure all designs strictly follow Sourcecatch Konnect's brand guidelines, including approved colors, fonts, logo usage, layouts, and tone of communication, to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
Optimize designs for digital and print platforms
Prepare designs in the correct formats, sizes, and resolutions suitable for websites, social media platforms, presentations, advertisements, banners, and print media to ensure clarity, compatibility, and professional output quality.
Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Review all designs for spelling errors, layout alignment, color accuracy, and branding compliance before final submission. Ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines and delivered according to project schedules.
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams
Work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand requirements, collect feedback, implement revisions, and ensure creative outputs align with business objectives and campaign goals.
Support social media and digital campaigns
Design creatives specifically for social media posts, reels, stories, ads, and digital promotions to improve engagement, reach, and online brand presence.
Manage design files and creative assets
Maintain proper organization, naming conventions, backups, and version control of design files and creative assets for easy access, reuse, and future reference.
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards
Ensure all creative work complies with company policies, confidentiality agreements, copyright regulations, and professional conduct standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles including layout, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
Ability to create visually attractive and professional designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outputs.
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work efficiently.
Strong communication and coordination skills to understand requirements, share updates, and collaborate with internal teams.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in office-based, remote, or work-from-home environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or digital media roles. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
