Key Responsibilities
Social-First Editing:
Conceptualize, shoot (if necessary), and edit short-form and long-form video content specifically tailored for various social media channels, ensuring optimal aspect ratios, pacing, and platform best practices.
Creative Storytelling:
Transform raw footage (interviews, product demos, B-roll, screen recordings) into dynamic, polished, and emotionally engaging narratives that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Trend Adoption:
Stay current with the latest social media video trends, music, visual effects, and editing styles to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and maximizes shareability and viral potential.
Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:
Incorporate engaging titles, animated text, subtitles, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics to enhance clarity and viewer retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into effective video content.
Asset Management:
Organize and manage video footage, projects, and assets in a structured, accessible library.
Feedback & Iteration:
Receive and implement feedback constructively and iterate rapidly on video edits to meet fast-paced social media deployment schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
SEO/SEM:
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
Content & Social Media:
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Technical Proficiency:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
Data-Driven:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
BS/MS/B.tech/M.tech degree
