Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Consumer Psychology
- Decode buying behaviour using consumer psychology, neuromarketing & NLP principles (beliefs, biases, language patterns)
- Identify the real decision-maker and the belief shift required for conversion
- Map messaging across the funnel: Unaware ? Problem ? Solution ? Brand aware
- Creative Architecture (Core Ownership)
Collaboration & Influence
- Work closely with Media Buyers and Social Media Leads to align creative with media intent
- Push back on weak ideas (internal or client) using logic, psychology, and data
- Support pitches and strategy calls with strong creative reasoning

- Strong understanding of consumer psychology & buying triggers
- Ability to think in systems, not individual posts or ads
- Clear articulation of why something works, not personal taste
