Core Responsibilities



Brand Strategy & Content Direction



Architect brand-aligned content strategies across platforms with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Develop ideas for grid design, campaign aesthetics, storytelling formats, and long-form/short-form content. Maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual identity, and content architecture across all assets.

Creative & Production Leadership



Oversee and direct brand/product/model shoots, from conceptualisation to execution and delivery. Manage production timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with photographers, videographers, models, and stylists. Evaluate visual quality, conceptual alignment, and deliverables to ensure output meets premium standards.

Content Creation & Social Media



Brainstorm and guide creation of social posts, reels, ad creatives, and multi-platform content ecosystems. Ideate and strategise high-impact campaigns optimised for Meta platforms and broader digital channels. Ensure content calendars, grids, and executions reflect consistency, innovation, and campaign alignment.

Team & Workflow Management



Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, editors, and designers. Delegate tasks, supervise timelines, and enforce quality checkpoints across creative pipelines. Foster cross-functional collaboration and streamline production workflows for efficient output.

Required Skill Set



Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and social-first content ecosystems. Strong creative direction capabilities with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and design. Practical experience in production management and shoot supervision. Ability to ideate grids, campaign structures, and creative frameworks. Strong communication, leadership, and team management competencies.
