We're looking for a Creative Strategist who sees the gap between strategy and storytelling -- and knows how to fill it. You'll turn market insight into big-picture thinking, and big ideas into campaigns that hit. If you thrive on shaping narratives, cracking briefs, and sparking ideas that actually connect with people, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and plan brand-aligned campaigns and digital content themes.
Conceptualize engaging content ideas (reels, carousels, campaigns, events).
Write briefs and creative direction for designers and videographers.
Collaborate with PR, social media, and performance teams to align messaging.
Ensure every piece of content has purpose, storytelling value, and a CTA.
Tools & Skills Required:
2-4 years in content strategy, brand communication, or creative ideation.
Canva Pro, Google Slides, or similar planning tools.
Excellent written and conceptual thinking skills.
Trend awareness across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaboration & Interlink:
Gives creative briefs and visual guidelines to the Graphic Designer.
Collaborates with the Videographer for shoot scripts and video narratives.
Shares weekly theme boards and campaign outlines with PR Executive.
