If you love watching Reels, analyzing why certain ads go viral, and can imagine content ideas in your head before they're shot this internship is for you!
You'll work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize short-form video campaigns and write UGC scripts that connect emotionally and drive sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand brand tone, audience, and product USP for multiple D2C clients.
2. Conceptualize 15-45 sec UGC ad ideas (problem-solution, testimonial, founder story, etc.).
3. Write short, natural, conversation-style scripts that creators can easily perform.
4. Collaborate with the UGC Coordination team to brief creators and refine concepts.
5. Research market trends, hooks, and competitor UGC for inspiration.
6. Brainstorm fresh storytelling angles with the performance marketing team.
7. Maintain a script bank and content library for recurring clients.
Requirements:
1. Strong creative writing skills (English or Hinglish)
2. Passion for short-form content, UGC, and storytelling
3. Active on Instagram / TikTok-style platforms
4. Ability to think visually "what will the video look like?"
5. Bonus: Knowledge of D2C or performance ads
