About the Role



We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can blend strategic thinking with strong creative insight. This role requires someone who understands branding, content, digital trends, consumer behaviour, and can translate client goals into impactful creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop creative strategies for campaigns, brand messaging, and digital content. Work closely with design, content, and performance teams to bring ideas to life. Analyse client needs, market trends, and audience insights to shape creative direction. Create campaign concepts, content ideas, and brand storytelling frameworks. Prepare pitch presentations, creative decks, and strategy documents. Provide clear briefs to designers, copywriters, and video teams. Review creative output to ensure alignment with strategy and brand guidelines. Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and pop-culture insights.

Key Skills



Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into compelling narratives. Strong research skills and understanding of audience behaviour. Experience in preparing creative decks and campaign strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to guide creative teams with clarity and direction. Familiarity with trends, formats, and platform algorithms.

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or digital marketing roles. Experience working in an agency environment (preferred). Strong portfolio of campaign ideas, strategy decks, or brand work. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have



Knowledge of performance marketing metrics. Basic understanding of design principles and video content direction. Experience in user research, consumer insights, or brand workshops.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
