Job Title: Creative Strategist - Performance Marketing

Job Location: Bangalore - Work From Office (WFO)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: Day Shift (Exact working hours will be shared during the interview process)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Own creative strategy for performance-driven campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google (where applicable). Map buyer intent stages to creative angles for high-consideration funnels. Translate buyer pain points, objections, and motivations into strong messaging inputs. Define creative hooks, angles, and qualification logic to filter intent, not just generate clicks. Build and manage creative testing roadmaps aligned with performance goals. Analyse why creatives perform or stop performing using data and feedback. Work closely with performance marketers to understand campaign signals and outcomes. Coordinate with sales teams or clients to understand real buyer objections. Brief designers and video editors with clear, performance-led creative direction. Occasionally edit or tweak creatives using tools like Canva to speed up iteration. Convert performance problems into actionable creative solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 1-3 years of experience working closely with performance marketing teams (Creative or strategy exposure in performance environments preferred)

Preferred Industry Exposure: Real Estate, Education, Finance, or other high-consideration categories

Language: Good English communication (spoken and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
