CREATIVE STRATEGIST- JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview
The Creative Strategist turns client problems into creative solutions. You will analyze brand briefs, identify the best mix of our studio's in-house services (video, design, AI, etc.) to solve them, and build the decks that sell those solutions. You are responsible for both the "big idea" and managing the team that builds it. Key Responsibilities
? Strategic Mapping: Analyze client briefs and select the ideal mix of our studio's services (e.g., motion graphics, photography, branding) to solve the client's challenge.
? Pitch Development: Architect and design persuasive pitch decks that explain why your chosen content mix will drive results.
? Creative Direction: Brief the in-house creative team and oversee the execution of assets to ensure they align with the approved strategy.
? Project Leadership: Manage timelines and workflows from the initial pitch through to final delivery.
? Quality Control: Review all creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Mass Media/Brand Communications/Marketing Management or a related field Experience: 1+ years in a creative agency or content studio preferred
Skills Required
- Expertise in deck-building (Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a creative team.
- Ability to multi-task across several brand accounts and tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
