every month -- because average isn't in your dictionary. Keep your finger on the pulse of trending audios, meme formats, and pop-culture moments. Work closely with creators, editors, and designers to make every post feel like a moment.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years in content strategy / social media / creative roles. You've either created viral content or helped it go viral*.
You understand the anatomy of a great hook and the psychology behind retention. You know Instagram like the back of your hand (and probably dream in Reels). You're a creative thinker who can make even the simplest idea scroll-worthy. You're inherently someone who loves to doomscroll and cringe content is your jam. A shoot person, who will help shoot all the organic/UGC content that we shoot on an iphone.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
