You will be responsible for:
As a Creative Strategist, you will own the creative direction for campaigns, from positioning to execution. You'll collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to craft high-converting ad campaigns and brand narratives that set the tone for the company's communication.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Campaign Strategy & Ideation
Conceptualize and plan advertising campaigns aligned with product goals.
Develop scripts, ad concepts, and campaign ideas tailored to target audiences.
Map creative calendars to seasonal and cultural moments (festivals, trends, events).
2. Brand Positioning & Narrative
Shape and refine the company's brand voice across courses and campaigns.
Craft narratives that appeal to Gen Z, young professionals, and business audiences.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand tone and positioning.
3. Content & Creative Direction
Work with designers, editors, and copywriters to bring campaign ideas to life.
Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
Experiment with ad formats (video, static, carousel, UGC-style content) to maximize impact.
4. Performance Collaboration
Partner with performance marketers to test and refine ad creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and iterate ideas based on data.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion through creativity.

Creative performance (CTR, conversion rates of campaigns)
Engagement and virality of ad content
Alignment of creatives with brand positioning
Volume and quality of tested campaign ideas per cycle
Who We're Looking For:
3-6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand campaigns.
Strong grasp of copywriting, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
Ability to generate fresh campaign ideas aligned with cultural and business contexts.
Experience working with design and editing teams (hands-on skills not mandatory but understanding required).
Preference for candidates from startups, D2C, edtech, or creator-led brands.
Bonus: Proven record of taking a brand/product from 0-1 through impactful creative campaigns.
