Role Summary



We're hiring a

Creative Strategist

who can turn business goals into

platform-smart ideas

, content calendars, and

brand guidelines

that keep execution consistent. You'll write hooks and scripts, craft creative briefs, steer design/editing, shape or refine brand books, and present insight-led recommendations to stakeholders.

You will also own the creation of client-ready pitch decks and PPTs as per briefed requirements.



Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Build

platform-wise content strategies

(Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Shorts/Reels) aligned to corporate objectives (awareness, consideration, lead-gen, employer branding, product education). Create

monthly/quarterly content calendars

, campaign frameworks, and distribution plans with clear messaging pillars and content buckets. Translate business briefs into

creative territories

, series formats, and storytelling arcs.

Client Pitches & Decks (New)



Create pitch decks and PPTs

according to requirements/briefs; structure clear narratives with problem ? insight ? idea ? execution ? outcomes. Build reusable templates, maintain a deck repository, and tailor decks by sector/use-case. Present decks to internal stakeholders and clients.

Brand & Guidelines



Create/maintain brand guidelines

: tone of voice, messaging ladders, visual systems, typography, color, grid, and do's/don'ts. Audit existing presence; deliver

gap analyses

and roadmaps for brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints.

Creative Direction & Writing



Originate

concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, ad copy

, and CTA frameworks for Reels/Shorts, carousels, statics, and long-form. Write tight

creative briefs

with references, mood boards, and thumbnail/title systems (esp. for YouTube & LinkedIn). Partner with design, edit, and production to deliver on-brand, on-time outputs.

Production Collaboration



Support

pre-production

(storyboards, shot lists, locations, talent notes) and attend shoots when needed. Review

post-production

(edits, motion graphics, sound, thumbnails) for narrative, pacing, and brand alignment.

Performance & Iteration



Define creative KPIs (retention, saves/shares, ER, CTR, VTR) with the performance team. Run

A/B tests

(first 3 seconds, opening shot, length, thumbnail/title) and document learnings for iteration cycles. Present

weekly/monthly reports

with insights and next-step recommendations to stakeholders.

Research & Trends



Track

industry trends, category benchmarks, audience sentiment

, and competitor activity to surface timely content ideas. Ensure all creative is

platform-safe

, brand-safe, and aligned to corporate communication policies.

Minimum Qualifications



1+ year

in social/brand/creative strategy (agency, production studio, or in-house brand). Strong

portfolio

: campaigns, reels/shorts formats, carousels, brand books/guidelines, case studies. Proven ability to

create brand guidelines

and drive adoption across teams. Excellent

writing

(hooks/scripts/copy) and storytelling. Comfortable

presenting

to marketing/brand stakeholders and giving clear feedback to creatives.

Tools:

Google Workspace; Notion/Trello/Jira (or similar); basic Adobe CC/Figma familiarity; platform analytics dashboards.

Languages:

Strong English. Proficiency in

Kannada/Hindi

is a plus for regional content.

Nice-to-Have



Experience with

product launches

, GTM content systems, and feature explainers. YouTube & LinkedIn content systems (titles,

thumbnail frameworks

, retention tactics). Understanding of

paid media specs

(Meta/YouTube/LinkedIn) and UTM-based creative testing. On-ground production exposure (interviews, testimonials, events, brand shoots).
