We're Hiring: Creative Strategist

At House of Unblur, we don't just want ideas -- we want someone who can scale D2C brands with strategies that blend creativity + data. If you know how to craft ad campaigns that don't just look good but perform, this role is for you.

What we're looking for:

? 5+ years of experience in Paid Media Creative Strategy

? Strong understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and audience psychology

? Proven experience in performance marketing & paid media fundamentals

? Ability to analyze data & optimize creative strategies for better performance

? Excellent communication skills - client interaction & problem-solving mindset

? A mix of creativity + strategic thinking to drive measurable results

? Hands-on experience with D2C brands preferred
