We're looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven ad creative for our kids' learning app -- across Meta, IronSource, Unity, and more.
You'll research trends, ideate standout concepts, and drive testing cycles that turn insights into installs. This role is part strategist, part creative, part data nerd -- and 100% focused on growth.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze top ads, trends & parent pain points
- Create hooks, formats & messaging directions
- Lead creative testing and iterate on winners
- Brief designers/editors & guide production
- Work closely with the growth/UA team
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years in performance creative or growth content
- Deep platform knowledge (Meta, Unity, etc.)
- Fluent in CTR, CVR, IPM
- Sharp creative instincts + research chops
- Self-starter mindset with a test-and-learn attitude
